Howdy Yall! and welcome to Chops Knives. Knives by Tim "Chops"
Lambkin and my wife Erica Lambkin, here's a quick bit of info
on our knives.
All of our knives are Custom Designed, Cutout, Ground and
Built completely by our hands! We use only the Best Knifemaking
Materials Available.
On all of our Alabama Damascus Blades and other High Carbon
Alloys we Heat Treat with a Sub - Zero Quench (-110F)and a
Triple Draw Temper.
On all of our Stainless Damascus Blades and other
Stainless / Carbon Alloys we Heat Treat with a Cryogenic
Quench (-400F)and a Triple Draw Temper.
Acquiring these materials and using these methods is a
lot of work and very time consuming but we feel it's yet
another reason to want to own our Handmade Knives. We

here it is! Titanaium Liners Cut and Jeweled by
hand I made the blade from Alabama Damascus,
Carbon Fiber Bolsters and Prickly Pear Cactus
Handles w/ Hardwood Mosaic Spacer, all on Cobalt
Blue Vulcanized Liners and Blade is on a
Hidden Precision Bolt. Thumbstud Stone is cut by a
Jeweler. Phos Bronze Bushings and plenty of Filework
all done by my short stubby hands!!!Thanx for lookin, Tim
